Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 

Large items such as skis, wheels, Tires, orders over 40 pounds and products from select venders may not qualify for free shipping. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping and/or Sales Tax may change based on information entered during checkout process.

You will be able to review all charges prior to final submission of your order.

 

Please Note:
All orders shipped outside the United States may be levied a Customs Brokerage Fee by that country's government. This will be in addition to the charges imposed by us. Visit the shipping provider's website concerning rates and charges by the international government. Please review prior to placing your order.   

BACKORDERS

Unfortunately sometimes an item that you order may be out of stock. We will contact you as soon as possible if your order contains a backordered item. You will then have a choice to:
1) To ship your order complete when the item comes in.
2) To ship the items that we have in stock and the backordered item when we receive the parts in (you will incur additional shipping charges if you choose this option.)

 

Shipping Warranty

Warranty only covers shipping for the continental U.S.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
