One of the most significant improvements is the throttle response. PPEI's tuning sharpens the RZR's throttle response sensitivity, making the machine feel more alive and connected to the driver's instant reaction. This leads to enhanced acceleration that is noticeably quicker than the stock RZR can offer. Power delivery is no longer delayed, a must-have advantage over the competition.

Speed limitations governed by the stock performance of the Polaris RZR 200 are a thing of the past with PPEI's tuning. Where the stock RZR 200 is held back by a calibration that caps its top speed at 28mph, PPEI's solution unlocks the true potential of the vehicle, enabling it to reach speeds over 35mph. This increase not only enhances the performance abilities but also makes the RZR more competitive in a race setting.

A stock Polaris RZR 200 comes standard with a calibration and clutch spring that has a major power drop—over 1000 rpm loss after reaching around 10 mph—is completely eliminated. Instead, PPEI introduces a power band that pulls consistently all the way from low-end torque through the mid-range and extends through the top end. This results in a progressive power curve that keeps delivering performance where the stock version falls short.

Central to PPEI's tuning is the Smart Clutch Calibration Technology. Tailored for use with an upgraded clutch spring, this technology ensures efficient power delivery across the entire powerband. Installation & Compatibility: Easy installation with HP Tuners Hardware & Software and Dyno Jet Hardware & software. Compatible with HP Tuners MPVI2, MPVI2+, and MPVI3 also compatible with Dyno Jet Power Vision 3 (PV3-19-12).

Red Dyno Log: This represents an unmodified RZR 200 directly from the showroom. This version struggles to keep a consistent power increase beyond 26mph, indicative of its stock condition.

Blue Dyno Log: Features an RZR 200 with PPEI tuning, maintaining its mechanical stock components. The tuning eliminates the speed limiter, raises the rev limiter, and adjusts torque limiters, enhancing power and response. Unlike the stock model, this version maintains performance improvements beyond 26mph.

Green Dyno Log: Displays an RZR 200 enhanced with PPEI Tuning and clutch modifications, bolstering low to mid-range power and enhancing back-shifting. This adjustment ensures the engine stays within its optimal power range, aiding performance in demanding situations like steep ascents or heavy loads.

Orange Dyno Log: Showcases a RZR 200 equipped for racing, with custom intake and exhaust, minor engine tweaks, PPEI clutching, and tuning, all optimized for e85 fuel. This configuration offers the highest power output for racing or power-seeking users.
